Merck Millipore has released three new chromatography resins for its Chromabolt prepacked columns. These pre-validated chromatography columns can come packed with either strong cation exchangers, weak cation exchangers or strong anion exchangers.
Designed for pilot and early clinical manufacturing, the three new resins available in the columns are Fractogel EMD SE Hicap (a strong cation exchanger), Fractogel EMD COO (a weak cation exchanger), and Eshmuno Q (a strong anion exchanger).

Merck Millipore says it will continue to add additional chromatography resins to the Chromabolt column portfolio over the next few years.
