Troubleshooting in Tablet Tooling
Jan/Feb 2010 (1 10)
The ’Troubleshooting in Tablet Tooling’ seminar at the I Holland manufacturing plant in Nottingham, UK, will run on the 24th and 25th March 2010. The programme approaches the subject from a troubleshooting angle, designed to assist in reducing down time by the early recognition of tooling and tabletting issues. There is also a practical element, a tour of the plant and a hands-on session to demonstrate the I Holland PharmaCare 7-Step Process of tooling care and maintenance. This offers a ‘taster’ of the more detailed maintenance course and 1 To 1 sessions with I Holland’s experts are also included. I Holland offers a range of seminars and training courses held throughout the year delivering bespoke tailored courses in addition to the programmed Seminars. These have proven very popular among clients for a great many years. The bespoke courses can incorporate any of the following elements and more: troubleshooting tabletting problems; troubleshooting tooling problems; recommended procedures for handling, cleaning and storing punches and dies; 7 Step process; punch and die maintenance and polishing (practical); tool room evaluation and mini visual tooling audit (if held at customer site). The courses can be held on dates to suit, either at I Holland’s well appointed training suite or the customer’s site and are delivered by one of I Holland’s fully trained Product Support Group specialists.
