CI Precision offers SADE SP Weight Sorters / Checkweighers for high accuracy sorting of tablets, capsules, depots, medical devices, industrial parts and other high value products. These versatile units can handle a wide range of shapes and sizes, including 00 capsules. Each item is individually weighed to a high accuracy and sorted into accept and reject categories.

The SADE SP440 combines four of CI Precision's proven SADE SP sorting modules to achieve its significantly higher sorting rate of 500,000 per 24 hour period. The SADE SP440 single bulk hopper's high capacity of 150 litres ensures it can operate completely unattended for long periods of time, freeing up your operators for other tasks.

Ci-DMS Dispensary Management System - Weigh and Dispense Ci-DMS is our commercial off the shelf (COTS) dispensary management system designed to control the weighing, dispensing and addition of materials to cGMP standards for pharmaceutical and healthcare manufacturing.
Ci-DMS can be rapidly configured to suit particular customer requirements and the pre-validated core software minimises the time and resources required to implement and validate to GAMP.

Recording Microbalances
CI is a world leader in microbalance technology. TGA kits comprise MK2-M5 balance head, DISBAL controller, glassware, furnaces, LabWeigh software, rods, pans and other accessories. Applications include thermal analysis, corrosion, chemisorption, decomposition, surface/interfacial tension and magnetic susceptibility. In addition, OEMs often incorporate the CI microbalance within their own analytical instruments.
